Not too long ago, I purchased the Deadlift platform to use not only to improve my deadlifts, speed training and also protect the integrity of the basement floor. The Rogue Deadlift platform is made out of 2-inch steel gauge frame with a 8 by 4 design. It is specifically designed for resistance band use without even having to bolt to the floor. It took me around 45 minutes to assemble the platform but I couldn’t have been happier with the quality and structure of the platform itself. This platform is built like a tank it will last through hundreds of thousands of pounds over the coming years. As with all Rogue equipment, is it is a little bit pricier but it’s worth the investment. The total cost was around $700 which included the 8 rubber tiles to protect the cement flooring. Overall, the Rogue Deadlift platform is a superior product that will not only improve your dead lift, increase your speed training and protect your home in gym flooring.
