Why would you have a whole rack of dumbbells when you can have just two allowing you to change your resistance from 5 lbs. all the way to 52.2 lbs. This system gives you 15 different dumbbell dumbbells with the additional space and without 30 bulky dumbbells on the floor. The Bowflex Select Tech 552 is an ideal solution to house space efficiency and multiple training exercise options. I went with the 552 because to me at 44 years of age the 52.5 lbs is just right for me. The 1090 adjusts from 10 lbs up to 90 lbs. which is a bit out of my league, I’d could just increase my reps and not weight once I got to the 52.5 lbs. level. I would recommend that you purchase the stand for easy storage of the 552 pair and maximized work out performance at standing height. Using the Arnold Arm Blaster will kick the Bicep Curls up a few notches.
